Easter and May Bank Holiday Opening Times 2021

Easter - The surgery will close at 6.30pm on Thursday 1st April and will reopen at 8.30am on Tuesday 6th April.

May - The surgery will be closed on Monday 3rd and Monday 31st May.,

IMPORTANT INFORMATION OVER THE EASTER WEEKEND

Our normal telephone message over the Easter weekend informing you what to do if you require medical assistance will not be available.  Please follow the emergency instructions below if you require urgent medical help.

When the surgery is OPEN, please DO NOT attend the surgery if you have a cough or fever and only if your GP has asked you to attend.  All requests to enter the building will be screened via an intercom.  Post and samples can be left in our external postbox and when the surgery is open, prescription requests can be posted in the letterbox in our lobby.  

IN THE EVENT OF AN EMERGENCY WHEN THE SURGERY IS CLOSED PLEASE GO ONLINE TO https://111.nhs.uk  OR DIAL 111.  

 

Call 999 now if you have:

  • signs of a heart attack - pain like a very tight band, heavy weight or squeezing in the centre of your chest

  • signs of a stroke - face drooping on one side, can’t hold both arms up, difficulty speaking

  • severe difficulty breathing - not being able to get words out, choking or gasping

  • heavy bleeding - that won’t stop

  • severe injuries - or deep cuts after a serious accident

  • seizure (fit) - someone is shaking or jerking because of a fit, or is unconscious (can’t be woken up)

  • sudden, rapid swelling - of the eyes, lips, mouth, throat or tongue
